FPIS Business hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Click the Case Request button at the top of the FPIS Investigations website and you will receive an intake form. Follow the prompts to complete the form. Once the Case Request Form is received, someone will contact you within a 4-hours.
FPIS Investigations is licensed in the greater metropolitan areas to include, Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and Virginia.

Daily updates are provided within 24 hours, and all investigative cases will conclude with a final report within 48 hours.

FPIS’ tools include Case Management System, various types of Surveillance Equipment, tape measurement tools, and background check software.

When cases are assigned we will need a claim number, the subjects current physical address, photo, description, date of loss, facts of loss, and the scope of work.
